Alongside his collection pieces, Alexander works with leading retailers and manufacturers to create furniture for the larger market. His style embraces simplistic Scandinavian design, creating forms that are clean and unobtrusive, yet retaining a level of all important beauty and character.

Ayrmer Chair

Inspired by and named after Ayrmer Cove in Devon, the Ayrmer chairs were created to offer a customisable multi functional seating system.

Plus & Minus Stools

A playful take on traditional bar stools, the Plus & Minus Stools reveal details of their construction through cut outs in the solid oak tops.

Elswick Bench

The Elswick bench draws is inspiration from Newcastle's ship building heritage. In the framework, a junction of steel and oak meet in a reimagined mortice and tenon jointing system.

Elswick Shelves

A three shelf unit designed to house an array of objects. One side is linked to another via powder coated sections of tubular steel.

Aish Bench

A well proportioned oak bench that celebrates traditional joinery and craftsmanship through it's jointing. This is deliberately highlighted with the use of walnut, chosen to show off the details within this piece.

Ally Sideboard

Ally sideboard began as a commission, but lends itself to the commercial market. Suited as office storage it comes with adjustable shelves that can be coloured to suit its environment.

Aish Chair

A contemporary take on the traditional Windsor Chair. The Aish chair pays homage to British craft, using honest materials and and traditional joinery.
