Elswick Bench

An industrial bench that draws it inspiration from Newcastles ship building heritage. The frame combines powder coated steel and oak, these two materials meet at a junction that reimagines the traditional mortice and tenon, fastened with a simple dome nut. The bench is designed and made using carefully considered fixings allowing it to be flat packed.
